Electric mobility in Pakistan has received a boost as Vlektra has announced flexible zero percent markup installment plans for its flagship electric motorcycle, the Vlektra Velocity 180, aiming to make EV ownership more accessible in the country’s rapidly growing two-wheeler market.
The company’s details state that the Velocity 180 is now on offer for financing of 12, 18 and 24 months, which lets buyers choose a repayment plan that fits their budget and affordability.
Installment Plans and Pricing Structure
According to the 12-month plan, the customer must make an initial payment of Rs. The total cost of the loan is Rs. and subsequent monthly instalments are Rs. 24,600.
The 18 month plan has a reduced monthly burden with the down payment of Rs. A sum of Rs. 122,000 is deposited every month. 13,700.
If you want the longest repayment period then the 24 month plan requires a deposit of Rs. The total cost will be Rs. 170,000 with monthly payments of Rs. 8,300.
All plans come with no markup, resulting in more appealing financing options for future EV purchasers.
Performance and Technical Features
Vlektra is touting the Velocity 180 as Pakistan’s longest range electric motorcycle, boasting a range of up to 180 kilometres per charge.
The BLDC motor with 1500W output and 80 Nm torque and maximum speed of 70 km/h powers the motorcycle. The 72V 36Ah lithium iron phosphate battery is design to be use for a long time and with efficiency.
The battery expect to cycle for 3,000 cycles, and can charged to 100% in approximately 3 hours, which will adequate for daily urban commuting.
Features and Warranty
The bike features several riding modes, LED lights, a digital instrument console, telescopic front suspension and dual spring mounted rear shock absorbers.
With regards to support after-sales, Vlektra guarantees a battery replacement warranty of three years and a motor warranty of two years, with a view to boosting consumer trust in the electric mobility products.
