 Before the start of the T20 World Cup, a big surprise for Pakistani cricket fans, there was a change in the national team, leg-spinner Usman Qadir was replaced by batsman Fakhar Zaman in the 15-member main squad gone.  


According to the details, the last date for the change in the squad of all the teams participating in the tournament for the T20 World Cup was 16 October, 2 days before the deadline for the change in the squad, 1 major change has been made in the Pakistani team.


 Aggressive batsman Fakhar Zaman has been included in the team's 15-man main squad once fit, while leg-spinner Usman Qadir will now be on the reserve list instead of being part of the main squad.  Earlier, Fakhar Zaman was included in the reserve players, but after the England series and the New Zealand series, Fakhar Zaman was again included in the 15-man squad.


After completing his rehab in England, Fakhar Zaman has left for Australia along with Shaheen Shah Afridi.  


While the national cricket team squad will leave Co Christchurch for Brisbane on Saturday 15 October to participate in the T20 World Cup, the national squad will arrive in Melbourne on 20 October after playing 2 warm-up matches in Brisbane.  


The Pakistan team will play its first match in the T20 World Cup on October 23 against India in Melbourne.


 On the other hand, national cricket team captain Babar Azam left for Melbourne from Christchurch after playing the final of the tri-nation series against New Zealand.  


Babar Azam will attend the photo shoot of the World Cup trophy along with the captains of all the teams in Melbourne.  Fast bowlers Shaheen Shah Afridi and Fakhar Zaman will also join the national squad in Brisbane on the evening of October 15 while Dr. 


Javed will join the national squad as second physio along with these two players.


 Pakistan team mentor Matthew Hayden will also join the national squad on Saturday night. 


Pakistan team doctor Najeeb Soomro will leave Christchurch for his home in Melbourne.  He will join the national squad in Melbourne before the match against India
